If you receive a defective product from Beyond Hearing Aids, Inc., call us immediately and we will replace it. After the initial 30 day period, the manufacturer warranty becomes effective.
For all in-warranty and out-of-warranty service, call the manufacturer to obtain a return authorization number before returning the equipment. Paperwork to include for repair service: a copy of your receipt for proof of warranty, a description of the problem, customer name and phone number.
