Shipping

Shipment Damage - Inspect your shipment immediately for any damage. Report the damage immediately to the shipper (UPS, FedEx, US Mail, or other carrier). Wait for the shipper to inspect and/or pick-up the package. Call us and report the incident.

Shipping Errors must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of order.

Shipping Rate Chart is for Continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii customers will be contacted with actual shipping charges prior to order fulfillment.

If You Need to Return an Item Call us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If something your ordered just doesn't meet your needs, let us know immediately so that we can work with you. When you call, we can help determine if another product will work better. Of course, if you want to return the product for credit, we’ll give you a return authorization number to return the order and you will receive prompt refund.

Please follow these directions:

  • Be sure to keep all your packing materials (including original carton, product packaging and warranty information) until you are sure the product is right for you.
  • Call us to receive a Return Authorization Number (it helps us speed your exchange, credit or refund). We can help at this time to recommend another product that may be more helpful.  Let us know if you want credit, exchange or refund.
  • Re-pack the item in its' original carton, with all product manuals and related items.  Ship the carton back insured. Include the RETURNS page.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the package. We cannot accept a return without that RA Number on the package.

We will refund you the purchase price of the products. We cannot refund the shipping costs. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee if these return procedures aren't followed or product items are missing.
