Shipment Damage - Inspect your shipment immediately for any damage. Report the damage immediately to the shipper (UPS, FedEx, US Mail, or other carrier). Wait for the shipper to inspect and/or pick-up the package. Call us and report the incident.
Shipping Errors must
be reported within 5 working days of
receipt of order.

your ordered just doesn't meet your needs,

work better. Of course, if you want to
return the product for credit, we’ll
give you a return authorization number
to return the order and you will receive
prompt refund.
Please follow
these directions:
- Be sure to keep all
your packing materials (including original
carton, product packaging and warranty
information) until you are sure the
product is right for you.
- Call
us to receive a Return Authorization
Number (it helps us speed your exchange,
credit or refund). We can help
at this time to recommend another
product that may be more helpful. Let
us know if you want credit, exchange
or refund.
- Re-pack the item in
its' original carton, with all product
manuals and related items. Ship
the carton back insured. Include the
RETURNS page.
- Write the Return Authorization
Number on the package. We cannot accept
a return without that RA Number on
the package.
We will refund
you the purchase price of the products.
We cannot refund the shipping costs.

to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee
if these return procedures aren't followed
