Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors have known us by several names over the years, including Effective Communication Solutions, Inc. and the familiar logo of the cat with headphones. While we sadly retired the cat logo, we are excited by the new logo and company name.

The website debuted several years ago and so many people could remember the website name that we decided to make it our company name. It clearly conveys what we are all about. Our over-riding goal is to take the guesswork out of ALDs.

We work primarily with professionals, providing training and support to help them meet the total needs of their clients. Vocational rehabilitation counselors were our first clients and so it was a natural extension to begin serving hearing professionals and disability service providers.

Consumers usually hear about us from professionals, family and friends and enjoy the extensive knowledge level at a personal level. We do work directly with individuals who have been referred to us as well.

At your request, we work with hundreds of your clients and patients every year. Our expansive knowledge of ALDs comes from that direct contact as we learn about and recommend the best solutions to meet their communication needs.

Beyond Hearing Aids has grown tremendously and it is a direct result of providing services with professionalism and integrity. 97% of our customers have been referred by another professional or by a client who has received services. We take pride in that level of trust.

Beyond Hearing Aids, Inc. is located in Northern Kentucky and has been in business since 1993. Meet Becky Morris, the founder of Beyond Hearing Aids, Inc. She is uniquely experienced to meet the needs of professionals who work with people with hearing loss.
